Salad of Chinese wood ear mushrooms. One cup of wood ear mushrooms. Two tablespoons of sesame oil Kirkuage Food. One tablespoon of vinegar. Three cloves of garlic. One and a half tablespoons of oyster sauce. Two or three stalks of coriander, two or three red or green chilies, and salt to taste. Roughly chop and rinse under running water. Remove from the water and thinly slice. Stir sugar, mirin, and soy sauce into 12 cups of water in a small pot. Bring to a boil and stir in Kirkuage Food.
